NC30 Tyre size - 160/60/18

Post by rvmolero »

Hi,
I've seen that some have mounted tyres with the size : 160/60/18.
I'm living in france and the 150/60/18 from bridgestone (BT90) is really hard to buy, so i'm looking to make the change to this size, cause it's really easy to get and a lot more choice on the type.
So i would to know if there will be any big difference between the two?
Any problem to espect? any informations is welcome^^

What i would like to buy is the DIABLO STRADA, what do you think of this tyre?

Thanks

Hi Hervé
Yeah it'll fit without any problems. You may notice a slight difference in turning, but I think the greater choice of higher quality rubber out-weighs that minute difference.
Nate :)

hmmm, my 160 profile supercorsa rubbed a bit on the chain guard of my UK bike. On my Jap bike i fitted 5" Dymag and opted for the Rick Oliver chain spacing kit just to be safe
