UK spec owners wanted

Post by hannakournikova »

i all, thinking of getting my UK bike sorted for the "summer"
however, the wiring look s a little suspicious, almost amaeutar (sp) in places so was looking for any pictures of others with no fairing to see.
or if you fancy stripping your bike down to take a few snaps i would appreciate it greatly.
cheers chris

When I recently broke down my bike, I took hundreds of digital pics of everything for future reference. Tell me the specific areas you need to see and I can surely get you several pictures of that area from many different angles. Jeff

sorry jeff i might be wrong here but your name implies you own an rvf, where chris owns half of a uk nc30...they are a little bit different and different enough from the jap version to make us both scratch ours heads, thumbs up anyway chum...

chris it might be easier to post images of the confusing parts of your loom so paul can compare to his rather that the other way around

Yeah, looks different, rectumfrier and CDI is in a different location. Starter relay is on the opposite side too. Heading to the house for lunch, I'll post a pic just to compare. Who knows, maybe the "newer" way is a better way.

Here is a VFR schematic, but it might not be big enough to show all the details.
