NC23 Restricter Size

Hello all please can someone help a friend of mine has just baught a nc23 and it needs restricting. I am a mechanic by trade so can fit the restricters but we dont want to pay £200 for the washers and I was wondering if anyone had the mesurments for the washes so I can go and have four made up.
