my dad reversed and hit my bike (help me please)
When I start to drive my bike it starts to bog and I lose all power and when I rev out to 14000RPM its fine for about 10 minutes, and my temp gauge shots up and down and my indicators flash faster. And when I am driving with my lights on I was around about 7000RPM then the bike cuts out for a split second.
I believe something has been damaged or come loose after my dad reversed and HIT MY BIKE.

well its electrical anyhow by the sounds of it. how bad was the smash and what side? any pics
check all your fuses first, get fairings off and check all connections and earths. something has shaken loose. maybe more than 1 thing is causing it at that.
i am not great at electrics by a long shot, but this is where i would start

Which side did he hit, if he hit the RHS then the main connection from the battery to the loom is there.
If he hit the LHS then the reg/rec lives there (on the NC35 anyway, I think the NC30 is the same).
There is also a set of connectors on the RHS that could have been squashed.
TBH any damage should be fairly obvious.

I’m just glad I haven’t had the bike re-sprayed yet, the lower fairing has a crack but that’s about it. I’ll have to strip the bike down on Sunday and check all of the electrics. This is going to be fun

I had a similar problem. Engine died at 7000 rpm indicators would work and then not work.
Turns out the fuse for the rear light is connected to the ECU so when it blows the engine only runs on 3 cylinders. It took me ages to find the problem because the fuse didn`t blow but only cracked.
