Slip on race can..

Post by Ash_BCFC »

I have just purchased a slip on viper can for my NC30, i couldnt afford a whole new system or half system,
so bought the slip on can jus to get rid of that sewing machine sound! lol
I know this means chopping the original system which im not all that fussed about, but im just looking for abit of help off somebody who has already done this!
Basically im lookin info on the best way to go about this, and pretty much advice anyone can give, as once u start its a little to late to go back! lol
I have the link pipe/sleeve etc!
Any help would be really appreciated!!
Thanks all! :D

Before anyone else says it.......try and get hold of a pre cut one off ebay, theres not many uncut ones still around so if your not bothered about it, sell it on ebay for £100 buy a cut one for £50 and put the extra £50 towards something else for the bike! otherwise if you really want to cut it then i think there was another thread on the go about the same thing. I'm sure someone will let you know how to do it if you want thoug.

here you go, buy this one, flog the can, sorted!

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/honda-vfr400-nc30 ... 240%3A1318" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

or someone on here might have a one that is simply the cut system rather than one like this that uses a link pipe like this one?
