Post by steve01 »

Hi guys sorry about all the questions at the moment but please can you advise me on the best places to find parts for my NC24 also im looking for a stainless nut bolt sets for my project NC24, and hopefully what parts from the NC30 are interchangable with the NC24.

Any help would be much appreciated

Try David Silvers for parts or Wemoto,

http://www.davidsilverspares.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
http://shop.wemoto.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
As for bolts just get what you need as they are mostly 10mm.
Not much from the nc30 will fit the nc24 as they are a totally different animal.

I am in Bristol my good man. Are the calipers and carbs different on the 30 to? if not are they upgradeable to the nc30 items?

Thanks

All different.

24 has 2 piston sliding calipers, 37mm forks.

30 has 4 piston fixed calipers, 41mm cartidge forks.

Carbs are different too, and jetted differently, best carbs for 24 are already on the bike.

calipers will not fit, forks im looking into but there 55mm shorter, and the yokes are not interchangeable either.

Pretty much nothing from the NC30 fits the NC24.

Everything from the NC21 fits the NC24 and vice versa.

+1 on the carbs. If they have the round cutouts on the sliders (similar to HRC type) apparently.
