NC29 Gullarm - 33BHP restriction

I have just bought a CBR 400 RR and need to restrict it as I only passed on a 125.

I want to make the washers myself rather than pay £200.

Does anybody know the size of the inner hole? I have found several previous posts but not for a CBR 400 and I do not want to make them the wrong size.

Any help gratefully received.
