I have some questions:
Can someone tell me something to this sparkplugs?
You can use a NGK plug ER9EH or ER10EH for rvf and vfr 400. Someone here in the forum who use the NGK R847??

How much for a plug in the UK and can you give me a dealer? Graeme France?

Bugger me, £37 per plug!!! you can get a set of 4 ER9EH's for £36 from Mr Ricko

No, i make no special engine, i use this plugs in my engine. I got them from my neighbour who work in the ssp 600 world champion chip.
I don´t know that this plugs are so expensive. I found the plugs here in Germany
for 26.-€ :shock: But it is too much.

I'm using them (R847-10's), the bike runs like clockwork.

I got mine NOS from Japan for cheap. Once these go I have no more. :cry:

Are these surface discharge plugs and if so what is the benefit?

better plugs have a reduced spark time (the total time for a spark to happen), shorter spark time means the fuel will be more compact when it ignites creating a cleaner burn, more energy pushing the piston down and less likely of leaving unburnt fuel to escape out the zorst so generally more efficient
