Re: not for the faint hearted
Jets are easy. Any motorcycle shop can get you those. The needles....now that's another story. Do they come with needles, as those are unobtanium in the taper/diameters they need.Smev wrote:I did a quick translation of the text and it said that they don't have jets in them as they are being used elsewhere.
But they are trick!!![]()
Cheers Smev

Nearly all needle dimensions are available by the looks of it?

Hi Mike!
FCR setup slowly coming along. Lots of little bits and pieces to fabricate, though. While we're on the subject; do you have the lenght of the carb spigots (threaded "pipe' part connecting carb body and intake rubbers) measured from the actual carb body? I need to shorten the originals on my FCRs, but it's kind of a one-shot deal, too short and they're wasted.
Cheers/Lasse

Those are hot. I wonder how much lighter they must be than the stock items. Having had mine out enough times they weigh a ton :D

Re: not for the faint hearted
Well, Here´s next winters project. After looking at Her Ruehl´s pics , I don´t think I am going to get away just machining some spacers, but anyway, I hope it´s worth the try. For the rest of the mortals (that is excluding michael) fcrs from a fzr600 with yzf600 heads
. They will be here in a couple of weeks, and lets hope they are 32mm.

Michael, could you please help me out with the measures of the brackets and spacers?
And, how the hell do you get hold of all your stuff???
