NC24 MPH Dials
I dunno if anyone else has tried to get hold of mph dials for the NC24 but all the companies i've tried either no longer have them instock or no longer respond to emails / phone calls *sigh*
Anyway
Im mid-way through an attempt at making my own.
Colour wise they'll be the same as the original (black with red text) and read in both km/h and mph.
If all goes well i'll be able to make several of these dials as i've brough enough materials to make a few so any NC24 owner out there is welcome to one for a couple of quid towards postage.

Re: NC24 MPH Dials
Hi there, kinda interested myself, couldn't find any either only overlay stickers which i put on the dial face instead but that isn't goint to work well. I'd be interested to know how they will be made, as the origional dials are painted on the rear so they are illuminated ect. Had good mind to make my own a short while back and it's time to think about the clocks ect anyway.
Glad someones giving it a go !

Painted on the rear?
Thats an original NC24 dial in that picture... there screen printed onto a piece of perspex.
I have purchased a sheet of said perspex and will be printing the dial onto it and then cutting it to size.
Will see how it looks next week!
In theory it should work great, the mock-up of the dial you see in the picture size and alignement wise is now 100% to scale with the original so it just depends on how well the printing and cutting goes next week :-)

No problemo, i've tweaked them quite a bit, cutting one down tomorrow so hopefully i'll get one fitted to a bike, see how it looks :-)
On the plus side I have enough materials to make at least 150 of them haha!

Re: NC24 MPH Dials
Yea I have, They are better than I thought.. the only problem with the one I have on the bike at the moment is that its a bit dull in the daytime, i need to print a more vibrant red.
I'll take some pictures later on :-)
