It's not a straight swap - I believe the horizontal difference measuring between the ports is different from 23 to 29 - I doubt it's worth the effort in making a set fit compared to hunting for the correct headers at a good price - I got lucky, £90 delivered for a stainless set in vgc from a breakers advertising on ebay.

ASk G france for the defacto data as he makes the pipes - I have asked him - an as i recall - YOU HAVE TO MOD THE MOUNT LUGG other than -> an nc 29 is en exact swap. Stimpy on here says this is what you do in OZ as the 23 zorst is hard 2 find .....

Re: NC29 pipes on a NC23
yep,the headers will fit,u need to cut off the lower mount (where it mounts to the frame)and reposition it to suit the 23...thats the headers, for the rest of the system i remade to give more clearance for racing(high mount)..as that is not a direct fit for the 23
any exhaust shop could bend up the piece for next to nothing
if i could find a race system cheap enough i'd do the same again

I'll keep hunting for NC23 ones then I think
although I think (now I've discovered it) that the snapped bolt where they affix may have something to do with the blowing, my other half fitted these and failed to mention his mishap!
only noticed yesterday when I gave it a good scrub

Yo stimpy,
I just fitted a different exhaust to my bike, and my Megacycle system might be looking for a new home if you're interested.
I sell you cheap! :D
