Without wanting to ruin a blossoming relationship...can we have the mods tidy this up?

It was harmless light hearted banter, did you think it serious? How odd.CMSMJ1 wrote:Without wanting to ruin a blossoming relationship...can we have the mods tidy this up?

I agree it is of little interest to those desperate to knock weight off their bike.
Sorry for the attempt at mixing humour and a technical thread.
Dave.

No offence taken and I hope none given. Just that this thread was not the place for it...and as it is a very useful thread it would be good to have it tidied up.

Re: The weight list.
I just weighed my track bike and its 169kg ready to run but unknown amount of fuel in the tank, maybe 5l. Slightly disappointed, it will have to go on a further diet much like its owner. Will weigh my standard bike to compare when I get the chance but I expect it to be at least 190kg

Re: The weight list.
Meter fairing stay 427 gr + two M8 bolts of aprow. 50 gr = 477 gr, so it´s quite a saving you got there. Any pics?
