BIG PROBLEM

hi guys i need help please.
i was taken my front wheel of for the first time since i had the nc23 and the spindle nut woulnd budge so the inevitable happen i rounded the head off.now ive tried everything i can think off and it wond budge.so i thought id grind it of that didnt work.please guys any ideas to help.coz at the moment i have half a nut head and im screwed.any help guys cheers.

have you undone the 4 alen bolts on the bottom of the forks

and the bitch about it is i was booked in to have my tyres changed 2morow hence taken the front wheel off

use a blow torch, heat the lower fork around the bolt on the thread side then use a cold chisel and a hammer to loosen the bolt, put the chisel on the outside of the bolt head and tap it round anticlockwise.
if that doesn't work you could try to spread the fork with a small chisel where the pinchbolts hold it.

yeh cheers guys.had to use the old grinder but its off now without two much scrathes.cheers
