Jon: Did you initially duct air through to the nc30 carbs?
The rvf carbs will generally deal with more air better than the nc30 because of the different air jet circuits.
What's the software like for your o2 sensor, I can't remember how you rated it a while ago. Is it user friendly when reviewing data?

The tilt switch was wired in to a switched 12v line. The plug on the fuel pump happen to be the same (opposite gender) as the side stand switch I cut off my cbr600 Loom.
