Glad to be back here finally

Post by grandpanot »

Hello all, A number of years ago I spent a lot of time on this site when I was building my NC30. I sold that bike and over time really regretted it.

I managed to get a nice 1994 RVF400R NC35 a bit ago from Iconic and I immediately sent it to Mike at Gforce. He went through the bike and rebuilt the engine to his 428 spec, refreshed and upgraded suspension bits, cleaned up the brakes, and rebuilt the carburetors.

I was really eager to get this bike to the track but the week before it arrived, I had a horrific crash racing my Honda Moto3 bike. (Seven broken ribs and two broken vertebrae) so now I will have to wait till spring to run it through its paces.

I will try to get some pictures up soon but in the meantime here is a picture of my Honda Moto3 bike https://img1.wsimg.com/isteam/ip/552e66 ... 280,h:1707

Welcome back - and glad to hear you're on the mend from that crash!

I cannot see the pics as at work, but will check them laters.

If I had a chance (and there were fewer than 6000 miles in the way) I think I would love to send my spare motor over for Mike to service and rebuild

You are correct, it is a stock colour scheme (one of two). Correct colour for wheels is black, as I'm sure you know. But I like 'em in white. Is that TYGA bodywork or something else?

I have not seen the Tyga stuff for a bit. It is well done no matter the source and not the super thick stuff
