Just a normal 12v 30a 4 pin automotive relay. You can get them from any motor factor.

If you have a search, you'll find several cases where the wiring has burned out on JDM bikes after a 55w upgrade, not just Honda either. There should be a wiring diagram I posted several years ago too somewhere.

Where is that relay located? Front of the bike or somewhere at the back? Can you show me a picture how it looks like?

It is usually fitted somewhere near the headlamp as you use the original 12v wire to operate the relay coil.

Note H4 55/60 bulbs need the bases modified to fit.
