Nc24 Antidive repair kits?
I have a nc21 400k Jap import (training bike) that, to my knowledge, has nc24 forks as standard, air assisted damping, bar risers and a cable clutch etc...
Now, my forks are weeping after being hit by a car and need replacing, it is the best opportunity to have a look at my antidive in the forks. I have been hearing some noises and feeling my forks bottom out before my seals blew.
Are there any kits for repairing the antidive? I know it wont make much of a difference having it operational, over having better springs/heavier oil, but I would rather fix it than block that system off entirely.
My options are, like I said, blocking it off and upgrading springs etc..find out what parts are needed to repair the antidive or search for a replacement set of forks from a suitable source without antidive.
Anyone else done this?
Any help is much appreciated !

Re: Nc24 Antidive repair kits?
As far as I am aware, they're long obsolete. The NC24 only had an 18 month production run so most parts are unobtainium. As mine was a race bike, I ditched the anti-dive system completely and opted for stiffer springs.

Hmm thought as much, what did you do to ditch the antidive? Any modification to the forks or just put in stiffer springs and act like the antidive doesnt exist?MadMotoUK wrote: Fri Aug 16, 2024 3:11 pm As far as I am aware, they're long obsolete. Thanks for the reply

Re: Nc24 Antidive repair kits?
It's been 15 years or more since I had the 24 so my memory is rather vague (considering I've had hundreds of bikes pass through my hands since then). As far as I remember I removed the internals completely and blanked the cavity.
