So wiring is likely to be incomplete/modified and thus may have no meaningfully resemblance to stock. If it runs pass 180km/h then it is track ready in the electrical sense. The rev limiter question could be answered by running in 5th down a straight until the a misfire develops or 15.5-16k is reached, would expect that Honda would have built in a mechanical safety margin above the marked red line of 1-2k. Loading the engine is mechanically better than revving it in neutral.

Cheers man, yeah i definitely hit 15.5k and it goes past 180km/hr, thinking maybe that wiring had something to do with tyga headlights previously idk..
Gonna correct the tacho, set the limit to 14.5k and see how it goes :)
