Spark Plug Ignition Wires
Seems like the spark plug connectors on my NC35 are worn and not giving a good electrical connection to the spark plugs.
Along with that, the rubber (or is it sillicone) rainproofing caps seem to be worn out and allowing rain to do damage to the connection too.
Am i right in assuming what i need are these?

If so, which model/type should i be going for? There seems to be many different types but i dont quite understand what the differences are.

How do you know the caps are not making a good connection and how are the caps allowing water to damage the connections. Are the drain holes at the bottom of the bottom of the plug holes blocked?

I knew for sure one of the plugs was not firing properly. The problem has been temporarily solved though.
The issue was that the stock blue rubber/sillicone plug cap for the front, left spark plug had succumbed to 2 decades of weather damage. The connection within the plug cap had been compromised.
Hence, my RVF400 became an RVF300 from time to time.
Anyway if youre curious, what my mechanic did was he salvaged a plug cap from an old Honda CB400 Spec 1 and managed to improvise it to fit.
Eventually, i will use the NGK racing wires and Splicer to replace all 4 wires as its a matter of time before they fail too.
I think i may also have to buy ignition coils to keep as spares in case 1 or both coil units eventually fail.
