3 cylinders on my wagon
So I took my nc30 to Caldwell park a couple of weeks ago
Did not go well managed 4 laps
On 1st lap would not rev thru 9000 novice group sighting lap so this was about as quick as we were going
2nd lap bit quicker and it was clear bike was not running well so pulled off
Thought choke might be stuck on not the case
2nd session pulled on to track and instantly new it wasn't right pulled off again
3rd session changed cdi no difference
Gave up had 2 sessions on friends bike and went home
Since I've been back I've run the bike and noticed 1 exhaust is cold rear right hand water spray test
Changed plug no difference
I have compression tester on way will post results when done
In the meantime what other things should I check
Should mention this was the first time the bike had been out in 2 years
What carb issues would cause this these are coming off to do the compression test

Re: 3 cylinders on my wagon
I've got exactly the same issue on a CBR400 - running on 3 after a lay off - I'm fairly certain its a carb issue.

Re: 3 cylinders on my wagon
if its been standing that amount of time then you defo need to take carbs off and give them a good seeing to!!..the passages and airways will be choked up with shite and stuff, plus gives you a chance to check out other stuff(air filter/box..etc)good luck!!
