Unusual tail graphics on RVF400

Hi All,
Been looking to purchase a RVF400 and found one for sale in original A1 condition but rear tail graphics are unusual. Has anyone seen these before or have any information. Owner says they are factory original. I've searched Google images and nothing.

I'm no expert but I really doubt they're factory.

Definitely not oem, all nc35's have the black number boards.

Defo not original and calipers are not standard either, upgraded yes but not original.
