Re: what else to do?????
I have the black 675 triple R forks but they are 718mm from fork top to middle of spindle, NC23 are 741 and NC29 are 710 so dont think it will work for the NC23

Re: what else to do?????
This is the problem with the 23, stupid geometry.....the only radial front end that I can find of a suitable length is a ZX636.
Cheers dude.

What are they?
636 will be fine its a sorted front end and plenty of cheapish ones in the states.
I will have to look at the overall geometry of the bike ones I have fitted the NC29 swingarm I bought from PBs team south bike as Ive been told that with a CBR600 rear shock the custom linkage changed the rear geometry of the bike to the same as the 636 so this may have some bearing on what length forks I can get away with.

Re: what else to do?????
Bored.....and stumbled across this thread.
Surely an HRC Airbox is the next modification this bike needs??? After all the other mods on this bike I'm surprised it's running the standard airbox to be honest?
Speaking of which, does anyone know if the standard airbox with a K&N filter makes a significant difference in performance??!!

Ram air power increase is negligable...2HP at 80MPH if you are lucky.
