gilo yours could be a clutch problem but as it warms up the metal expands and starts to work properly... im probably wrong tho? that or id check your clutch cable tensions. the speedo is probably just broken, pull it out at top and tape it to the handlebars and ride it and watch to see if it spins, if so plug top in take out bottom and twist by hand and watch for small movement in the speedo, this will tell you if your ve got a speedo problem. or simply make sure its pushed in properly.
