The tyga seat unit has now been removed and it currently looks like this

I've got a new Rick Oliver ali subframe ready to fit , only issue is that the look looks to have been built/modified to fit the tyga subframe which mounts everything at the front , its all now a little short.

Looks like it's going to be a very trick bike but I'm a little confused, is the black (Hm honda colours) bike with the twin stack the same bike as the red/silver one in last pic? Or are you working on two really trick rvf's?

No the black one was a different bike , that's been broken up and sold on.
It will be nice when it's done but like.most things I don't think it will ever be finished

No update for a while as I haven't done anything .
I won a place on the free performance bikes trackday and have had to get my ass in gear and get a few things done.

New head bearings ,tyga yokes and ses clip ons fitted

Treated myself to a Brembo RCS and matching cable clutch, still need to fit the master cylinder

My new seat unit turned up , and had a go at recovering the seat , not as easy as a nc30 and not a perfect job . I'd like to have another go but it will do for now.

I had put the front end back together only to go into the garage last Sunday to find a nice pool of oil under one of the fork seals

It ended up looking like this again

Got the forks back today, wiring now sorted out , new seat unit fitted (not the best but It was cheap ) and hopefully ready for Rockingham on Tuesday
