NC30 Engine Removal

Is there a how-to on engine removal? I could find my own way to dropping it out but if someone has some tips or guidance that'd be cool and probably save a few swear words and scraped knuckles.

Remove the thermostat housing makes refitting easier also and give the lower rear long mounting bolt a good dousing of plus gas or similar a day or so prior if it hasn't been out before . one of the r/h bolts to the rear head has a threaded adjuster which needs wound back the rest is just whatever works for you a block of wood under the sump and lift the frame up from the motor or lay it on its side a glamorous assistant or a mate helps as its a heavy lump.

I've just dropped an engine out. I had the bike completely stripped down to the frame , engine and swing arm , the missus gave me a hand to get it onto the floor (she wasn't happy) few various half inch sockets , breaker bar , alarm keys and the Honda socket and its a 30 min job at worst , you can theb easily lift the frame off the engine and then lug the motor around

Over the years ive found the easiest way to do it on your own is wheels etc off, drop it on the deck via a abba, unbolt whats needed then lift the frame etc off
