Fitting a Micron system to a NC30
Hi all,
Today i have started to fit a micron system to my bike, hopefully the rear section should fit together ok... eventually,
My lower radiator will need to be moved forward so i have to make a bracket but under braking i worry that it may hit on something,
Have any of you had to make little adjustment to your NC with a full Micron system? also could you possibly upload a image of the rear cylinder section that seems to be the impossible puzzle.
Much appreciated
Joe

Sorry, I cant help with NC30 specifics (mine has Honda / D&D) but I never had issue with Micron fitments on either my nasty old ZX10 or more recently the FJ..

I've got a full micron on one of my nc's , no mods needed to make it fit apart from removing the rad fan as the front pipes don't have the RO.to fit with .
I can try and get some pics but my garage is a nightmare at the moment

As Marcus says, it should fit fine if you remove the fan. It's a full race system so wasn't designed with road bike amenities in mind.
If you move the rad forward it's likely that the front wheel will hit it, it's already pretty close and can touch on track use in the stock position.

Rotate the spring round a bit? I don't know if it would spin back but might be a short term solution.
