No front side light on nc21 nc24 why
I have a nc24 and their is no front side light and from what I can see honda never put one in, is this the case ?

that is correct.
they use indicators as sidelights, hence the dual filament bulbs. this is not legal in many non Japanese countries so it is often disabled.
In countries not used to having indicators as running lights many drivers have a tendency to think you are indicating and pull infront of you.
