Powder coat all day. Cheap and durable.

....unless you want a specific colour, then go paint. Powder can't be mixed so you are limited on what colours the powder coater has.

It would just be white - just wanting to tidy it up before selling.

I can say white powder coat wheels are good, I had my done a year ago and cost me £50 for the pair.
