Not OEM, you need to trace it and probably remove it.

I'm going to guess it is a lead for a heated vest. magg is right. Not OEM. I'd trace it back and remove it as well.

On a side note...those poor, poor bolts.

and yeah looks like a power take off from the headlights feed for a heated device

in my defence i will say that i have the bike for 1-2 months and i was focused on making it run :D i am just starting to clear the cosmetic problems

No idea what it's being used for, but it appears to be a 1/8" stereo socket.

We're just picking on you. But looking at those bolts, I can understand why your high beam switch is stuck. It looks to me like your bike just needs some TLC.
