NC30 Chain Slider 52170-MR8-003

Post by magg »

This part appears to be obsolete, however the chain slider P/N 52170-MT4-000 appears to be suitable replacement, with slight modification. It may require trimming to clear the rear tyre and only the rear mount holes can be made to align with the existing swingarm mount holes. However, I do not believe these issues are significant and will report back once I have covered a good number of kms.

That's the 3rd-gen VFR750FL-P chain slider, which won't last long in stock, either, so please report back soon!

Another 300km, do not expect to comment again unless an issue arises.
