look up nc24 shocks on ebay for some pictures.

nc24 shock looks like this, biggest give-away is the black remote adjuster.

If this was on the swingarm it could be an nc24 swingarm but they have different hubs.. interesting maybe you bought it after if you have an nc24 shock

NC30 shocks come in two types.. the early and later type.. the early one is vastly inferoror compared to the later.

89 earyl shock, this is rubbish

nc30 later rear shock.. much better

Ok mine is definitely a nc24 shock. Am I going to be able to use it? Is the size smaller than Nc30?

hi, can anyone please upload any photos of the top shock mount on the vfr nc30, i need to figure out how best to mount the rear shock on my cb400f, thanks

different size to nc30 length wise i believe.

do you know how to use google?

I searched for NC30 shock and this picture is on the first page...

Do a search on Akhara.com I think he made his own length adjustable dogbone on a nc30?

Don't see it on home page but pretty sure I once seen it on his site you could try contacting him if he's still around.
