I run Venhill from RickO. Push/pull cables. But tight (similar to standard) to get on the carbs. But works a treat once it on.
Comes with a couple of rotors so you can choose your speed.

I run a Venhill (from Venhill funny enough) on my track 2MA and road NC35 nowadays. Very good in both instances.
