is ram air and fuel pump worth the hassle for a race bike ?
Hi guys got another question about my little nc30 race bike.
Just wondering if the ram air and fuel pump setup is worth doing for a race bike ?
And if so how do I go about fitting the fuel pump and what sort of jetting ??
Thanks
Dan

Re: is ram air and fuel pump worth the hassle for a race bik
Dan,
I've done the same on my NC. It took a fair bit of time to get it anywhere near right but it has netted a couple of extra ponies. Currently running 150 mains all round, but am going to attempt some changes to the air correctors when I get the chance to get some more time on the dyno!
I've mounted the fuel pump on the right hand side of the subframe (where the rear master cylinder resevoir usually lives) and taken a feed off the main power cable.
