Re: HRC Catch Tank - MOT Legal?
Thanks for all the help so far.
Ive mounted it on the meter stay behind the front headlight, I was struggling to find anywhere else to put it as it wont fit where the original used to be.
Unless anyones fitted it anywhere else, Im open to suggestions.

Re: HRC Catch Tank - MOT Legal?
Jamie,
I've added a picture of the bracket I adapted from a B&Q Tee plate and a length of alloy bent for a support.
The bottle is held in place by two large bands from a camping shop and the hoses loop back under the indicator mount inside the fairing. I did try routing the feed hose up beside the fuel tank breather on the fairing stay for a while, the advantage being that I could see the coolant transferring.
If you fit the HRC bottle like this, you will notice the suction of coolant back into the radiator after the bike has been parked for a few minitues. After a long trackday session this year, the bottle was full and my radiators sucked the whole 250ml back during the lunch break.
Regards,
Dave.
