Yes Westgate road has shrunk a lot from the old days but at least there are bike shops there, the mighty M&S taken over most of it.I was just thinking how its changed when I was walking up Westgate road from the station just the other day. Where I live in Sunderland there is no bike shops apart from a very small venture on Hylton Road and Graeme Little who has been there since the late 70's in Roker. So Newcastle is lucky to have even a cut down bike community.

Did you know M&S started in the old railway arches on Forth banks that Steve Bates had just vacated ?
The water pissed in from above continually.

Greame Little.....a name from the past....surprised he is still trading.

Did you see the airshow today ?....everything came over my place this weekend to/from Newcastle airport.
Some proper rare tackle.

Well all that water obviously helped as they are a big concern now. God I used to love going into Kawasaki World. The highlight of going to Newcastle and South Shields, years ago.

Yes I bought some exhaust gaskets in Graeme Little's just last year. He seemed to be selling more motocross stuff than anything else from what I could see.

I'm at work only heard the aircraft sadly, although its raining now I could still hear them.
