Hi Guys,
Could anyone tell me the standard needle clip position please. Mine are on the bottom groove, thinking that might be wrong?

You mean bottom as in needle at highest setting?
If I remember its second from bottom, might be third but last time I worked on one it ran best on second.

yeah needles were at their highest. On a completely stock bike. Thought that looked a little odd. I'll try going up one.
