Replace rear shock
Hi guys any advice on fitting new rear shock? Old one was a bit tired and I've bought a Nitron

Get/borrow yourself an abba stand, will make the job a lot easier.

Just done it, initially had rear wheel off, as the bike is on my lift at present, but had to replace read wheel and used a trolly jack to raise and lower the wheel to give access the the linkage bolts etc.

Southport ain't that far away from me. If you need to borrow an ABBA stand, you may borrow mine. **FOR A SHORT TIME ONLY** - if you need it for more than 7 days...buy your own.
