Needing some advice

Because me starts on choke, idles revs all ok.

Choke off idles for a bit then dies.

Only starts with some choke.

So sounds like to much air ???

The joiners from the carbs to air of to a tight fight, just on edge of carbs, nothing holding

Would this be enough or anybody got ideas.

Taxed, mot'd & insured. I want to use before contemplating selling.

Your choke is allowing extra fuel in so would look at the pilot/idle system, probably need to clean the jets or the small holes by the throttle valves.

Took Carbs off.

gave them another full clean, even thought they look spotless and everything seems to be OK now.

Went out for bit yesterday and running sweet.

Going to try sneak out again later this afternoon before wife gets home.
