NC21 FORK REBUILD
Hi guys, Im in the process of building an NC21 up from a box of parts, ive come to rebuild the forks, i found a useful exploded diagram to help with the build but it seems im missing two parts, I can make these but just need to know if any one has the dimensions.
at the top of the internals of the forks are two tubes, they push on the springs and the fork cap pushes on them, it looks like they could be different lengths as the have differing part numbers, link to the exploded diagram below, its items 3 and 31, can anyone help with sizes? I have access to all kinds of metal products so finding a good fit should be quite easy.
https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=nc21+ ... 1500%3B762
Thanks
Pete

Re: NC21 FORK REBUILD
Ah you`re missing the space tubes.
Sorry I don't have any forks to hand to investiage. Maybe somebody can help but the different size will give more or less pre-load on the springs.
You might want a bit longer than stock due to the softness of the nc2x forks.

I do have this image to hand of a set of nc21 forks in pieces. there is no measurements but you can see the fork tube next to another part so you can use that as a rough guide to get the parts made if you dont get anymore help.
