starter relay buzzing noise

starter relay buzzing noise

Hi I have not started my Nc30 for a couple of weeks juat checked the battery showing 13.7 volts and tried to start the bike and the relay is buzzing whats the most common cause??

Flat battery!!give it a charge and try again...
