NC29 Sprocket Collar
Hi all
Quick one really - just put my sprocket carrier back together - new bearing, dust seal, Renthal sprocket etc...Well my question is when I've seated the bearing, and put the new dust seal in I slide the collar in and it sits about 2mm proud of the dust seal???
Is this right? Its kind of hard to see from the Haynes photo but it looks a bit proud there...as mine is currently.
I'm just checking its not meant to be flush to the dust seal i.e. I haven't fully seated the bearing...
Thanks all
Kev

Yes the collar shouldnt be flush with the seal as it buts up against swingarm.
