oil leaking from clutch cover bolt
Hi I noticed a little oil leak a week ago coming from clutch cover so replaced clutch cover gasket with original honda one.all sorted I thought but have just noticed a small leak but coming from one of the clutch cover bolts. Any ideas on what sealer I could try putting on threads.ive googled but cant find anything I think would be suitable cheers

If the cover gasket is OK (i.e. you didn't damage it when fitting the cover, or it wasn't already damaged), then it shouldn't be leaking from anywhere.
Did you check the cover's sealing surface and that of the engine casing for damage (scratches, gouges, corrosion, etc) while if was off, and did you make sure all the old gasket (and any sealant/glue) was removed?
The only other explanation is that there's a crack in the casing where the screw fits.
One thing that can cause it is the use of a thread locking liquid like Loctite.
Too much squeezed into a threaded hole can crack a casing when the bolt/screw is fitted and tightened.
I'd whip the cover off again and check everything.

Yeah cleaned all surfaces all was good.ive wiped all oil last night from around bolt and checked this morning and seems to be leaking down cover on to bolt from what looks to be a airline crack in casing.ive just wiped it again and will check to see if it is a airline crack where its coming from.sad face.angry face. Just looked online doing a quick search and cant find any.only new casing costing over £200 cant afford that at min.just my luck at min lol

A cracked casing can be repaired easily enough.
There's no load on it as such, so you just need to make it oil-tight.
You'll need to thoroughly de-grease it, then you can try running some superglue into the crack.
Warm the casing at the crack site a little with a heat gun or a gas torch.
Just get it warm enough so you can just touch it comfortably, no more, then apply the superglue.
The heat will thin the glue, so it should penetrate the crack better.

jbweld should also work fine on this case as long as you just seal the crack and dont go overboard. friend of mine sealed a leaking genny cover with it and left it like that for years without trobule

Oil leak
If you use some sort of epoxy, make sure you rough up the surface before applying.
Use some Emery cloth with a Grit rating of at least 100 (the smaller the number the coarser it is).
You want a nice rough surface for the epoxy to bond to.
As Neophist mentioned, don't overdo it.
Try not to thin out the edges of the epoxy, as very thin parts will tend to flake off, not good for your oilways.
