NC30 surely?dunkenb wrote:I have vtr1000 fork lowers with fireblade calipers on my 29 , with nc35 cartridge dampers fitted to give me adjustable suspension.
35s were USD and less adjustable than later 29 and 30 forks.

Re: Nc23 track mods?
I had a pair of nc35 forks that were pretty scuffed , i used the cartridges with the spacers cut down and with fork top adjusters from an nc30. So ive got as much adjustabilaty as the nc30 . plus the nc35 cartridges fitted into my early 29 fork tubes without too much messing about.
