Oh a shitfighter ... thats ... adequate.
Have a look at the early fazer 600 engine, don't know where the engine mounts but it has frame rails and doesn't bolt on the head.

I'm also (fairly) sure the later 4JH/4TV engines still have the bottom engine cradle mount on the cases but I do reserve the right to be wrong!

Yup TCat and Foxeye have mounting pilots on the front top of the gearbox
