So this is my story.
Rode to work, parked up, End of day My bike would turn over, But would not start up.
I've had issues with the Fuel Pump before So I checked it out and it wasn't working.
Once I got my bike home, I hooked up the Pump for a 12v and It's fine, Pumping away. While it's hooked up to the Fuel Pump Cut Off Relay it doesn't work.
So naturally my first thought was my Relays had it. I checked the wires from the pump to the Relay connector by crossing a Jumper wire between the Black and Black/Blue wires.
This is where I Flustered.
I thought I do some more checks, Took the Spark plugs out. And there not sparking at all when grounded. No wonder why she isn't fire up when I Jump wired the Fuel Pump
my main question is, Can the Fuel Pump Relay stop making the sparks?
Any ideas? I was thinking Kill switch? if so how do I disconnect it. Cheers.

Do you have the Service Manual for the bike? If you do you can chase through the electrical wiring chart to see if the coils are powered from the same 12volt source as the fuel pump. I'd bet that they are the same.
Did you check to see if the side-stand switch is good?

Battery is fine - not low after all that cranking. Charge it up for a good few hours before dabbling and keep it on charge.
Kill switch - easily done - you can bypass very easily.
Side stand switch - bypass as well. Be careful though as you can easily ride off with the stand down.
Pick up coil - test the resistance - hot and cold.
CDI - check connected not hanging out of the loom or replace with known good one - bit difficult as expensive.
In my years as a cbr400 owner I have had :-
Kill switch not working
Fuel pump jammed
Pick up coil fault after stopping for 10 mins
Battery is fine - not low after all that cranking. Charge it up for a good few hours before dabbling and keep it on charge.

Fuel pump relay also controls the coil power , no power to pump = none to coils. Check if relay faulty and check good earth to the coil mounts. Mine did the same thing and it did my head in till i looked carefully at the wiring diagram.
