Dry fouling on my spark plugs

Post by archeo14 »

hi, i recently cleaned my spark plugs and set pilot screw to 2 turns(rotated it to 2 times)(screwed in and then rotated it to 2 times)...

before this every week i have to clean my spark plugs due to dry fouling on it(making my ride not to start and so on...)now i applied this settings and will see, how many days it will last... :(

but if any other suggestions please let me know ..how to avoid dry fouling and so on....(URGENT)

I want my ride to be smooth and want it not to get unstarted like this anymore:((((((

my ride is cbr400rr nc29 1995 model!
added i am searching an new carburetor for the same(please let me know if there is any)

thank you.

Have a look at the needles, check them carefully for any shiny areas, this would shoul if they're touching the emulsion tube. If they have then you'll need new tubes and needles

Get it set up on a dyno (rolling road).
