Yes, I'll definitely need a new bolt.

I think I may need to cut the bolt on the right hand side, between the adjuster bolt and the engine. Hopefully the engine will then move far enough to the right to make a gap between the engine and left hand side of the frame to cut the bolt on the left hand side. I should then be able to get the engine out. I can then work on getting the bolt out of the left and right sides of the frame and engine.

Before the hex in the bolt got mullered I was using a 28" breaking bar, but the bolt would not move. I guess a longer bar could be welded on one end of the bolt, but how long will that bar have to be?

Any thought thoughts?

I tried hammering the bolt out again tonight, but it's just not budging :( :drool: .

Maybe try heat first.
