I'm afraid I don't, but if you do find anything, do post back here. I've got a '99 NC39 and I've got to do the fork seals soon, so I'll measure the sizes of the existing springs when I do it, in case that points to what sizes may fit

Of course there will be springs for it - you need to know the current forks rate and free length and you can then go from there.

I've just done the fork springs on my '99 Spec 1 NC39 and here's the dimensions in case you can make use of them. The forks on the earlier VTEC bikes look different to those before and after, so if you've got a later one, this may not apply to you.

Stanchions: 41mm Diameter, 612mm length

Main Spring:
323mm length, 35.5mm OD, 26.3mm ID

Spacer:
200mm length, 24mm OD, 32.6 ID

Piston:
210mm long

The fork lowers look suspiciously similar to the ones fitted to Fireblades from about 95 to 99 or thereabouts. I'm going to do a bit more research and see if there's any chance I can combine the two :)

thanks

Barny
