sp1 calipers/rick o bracket problem...

So fitting my sp1 calipers today with rick o brackets but they seem pretty far away from the discs :/ am I stupid and fitting them wrong?...

Well.lets think about it!!!obviously on the wrong way.take them of and line them up first.the caliper/pad should go over all the disc.

Not only is bracket upside down, but so is the wheel [ wrong way round, running backwards]

To make up for it get a pic of them fitted correctly, they look pretty tidy with that wheel colour.

How much did you spend on the upgrade? Was contemplating it myself...

Haha, fitted a carbon fibre mudguard too which I think works great with it all, will get a pic up as soon as I get a chance for ya :)

As for prices... Bits needed doing anyway so thought just upgrade... Wheel paint was wrecked and original calipers had really bad seized pistons...all prices are rough guess from memory haha
80 quid for wheels powdercoated
120? Quid for calipers,mc+lines (from America)
30 I think for brackets?
45 for pads
+wheel bearings and seals and couple brake pad pin holders that they forgot to give me

Not too bad I don't think, seeing as it's all good to go now and should be fresh for quite a while :)

Yeh.looks sweet set up that..fair dooz.but why did u have to go to usa for calipers!!!!
