Air box scoop/flap
Hi all I have now got the air scoop was just wondering where the larger of the two rubber flaps should be ? Does it sit in front on the plugs or by carbs ?

Re: Air box scoop/flap
it will only fit on one way,the small flap goes down into the v and the large one sits on top of the head but channels air to cool carbs.are u having problems fitting it?

Re: Air box scoop/flap
I always thought the large flap hung down in front of the plugs to try and weather proof them or provide protection from the rain.
The small flap rests on the back of the front head and sits slightly below the front 2 carbs, again I thought it was there to weather proof.

It's not having what you want but wanting what you've got....Loud ,Proud and Modified ....

Re: Air box scoop/flap
Large wide flap hangs down infront of the front head, hard plastic "scoop" sits inbetween top rad and frame, small thin flap sits between carbs and engine.
